Privacy Policy

Account data (name, work email, dealership legal name, city and state, website domain), billing metadata returned by the payment provider, and operational data from the sources a customer connects.

Zumbay does not receive or store payment card details. Checkout is hosted by the payment provider.

Zumbay does not connect to dealership CRM or DMS systems and holds no customer names, email addresses or phone numbers from them. Click records store the assistant, the answer trace and the vehicle page, never a raw IP address. QR scan records store a coarse device family.

Zumbay uses a hosting provider, a managed database and authentication provider, and a payment provider. Connected dealership systems remain under the customer’s own agreements with those providers. The current sub-processor list is maintained in the Data Processing Addendum.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be made through the contact page and are answered within the period required by applicable law.

Account and billing records are retained for as long as the subscription is active and thereafter for the period required for tax and audit purposes. Operational data is retained per the schedule in the Data Processing Addendum.
